BLACK KIDS

I've been waiting for a remix of the Black Kids for while now. One thats upbeat, fun and totally feel good. 80Kidz have fucking nailed it to. It's like they read my mind. This remix reminds me a lot of Miami Horror Remix, you know that ones that make you groove around your bedroom smiling. Theres a cheeky bit of Fred Falk style bass twang in there too which is choc mint.

EMPIRE OF THE SUN

I'm loving Empire Of The Sun's track Walking On A Dream, who isn't loving it. There's a few remixes floating around but im enjoying Van She Tech's remix the most at the moment.

MP3:Empire Of The Sun - Walking On A Dream (Van She Tech Remix)

SOULWAX.

I'm still unsure exactly if this is the actual real version, but what i do know is its the first version I've received thats not a radio or video rip so while it's here for the download i would recommend jumping on it. It's a big call but this could easily be the remix of the year. enjoy.

MP3:MGMT - Kids (Soulwax Nite Version)

MUMDANCE

If these tracks are anything to go by, the future of MUMDANCE is big. The branches remix especially is huge. It kinda conjures up imagines of a hell dark and underground club full of zombie like people dancing for hours and hours on end. the vocals on this track haunt me, they are kinda hollow and spaced out and are placed perfectly on top of that wobbling bass line.

anyway.......

Evil Nine - All The Cash (Mumdance Remix)

Maths Class - Branches (Mumdance Remix)

ACTION ACTION ACTION

Jake from Action Dj's sent me over this mix he's done exclusively for us at Polaroid Noize. I had a listen to it this morning and I'm loving it. Action have some big gigs coming up, The Social Club are launching there first party at Berlin Lounge on September 19th and the Action Dj's will be supporting the likes of Lillica Libertine from the UK, CSK OK from Sydney, FASHION with a gun & Wongo. The Social Club also have another party planned with Strip Steve (Boys Noize Records) playing and Action will also be supporting. This is only a few of the big things happening for Action at the moment with much more planned for the future.

Evil Nine have just released their new single They Live on Adam Freelands label Marine Parade. It's a prelude to the new album which is being dropped in October. I highly recommend you buy the single which contains remixes by massive names like Rogerseventytwo, Breakbot and Trevor Loveys. I've posted the Rogerseventytwo remix below. It's a fucking beast - one of the best tracks ive heard in a long time.
