I get the trusty bus to and from work each day so I'm a huge abuser of the ipod. This week i've been right into the Bumblebeez. I've listened to there second ep 'Red Printz' and most recently released album 'Prince Umberto & the Sister of ill' about a thousand times, not quite but a fair few times. i've been hassling local producer/dj Wongo for some tunes to post for a while now because i am a huge fan of his fidget house style. so he sent over a couple of tracks for us to have a listen to. the first one is his massive remix of the monkey beats tune get up, which is set to be released on 12" next month on monkey beats music, make sure you get a copy. the second track is just as massive, its called untitled and has no release prospects as yet but has had good support from brazilian funk hero Edu K.
also if you live in melbourne be sure to check out wongo at the moist mouth launch party on august 22 @ the warehouse.

Grandmaster Flash the man behind the mad old school song 'The Message' has recently remixed 'Into The Galaxy' by the Midnight Juggernauts. I kinda expected it to be different but not in a bad way, I'm really loving the cruisey rolling drums and the interesting use of vocals.

Machines Don't Care is a project by Detboi, Drop The Lime, Fake Blood, Herve, Trevor Loveys, Sinden, Toddla t and Affie yusuf. The best thing about this new project is that you get interesting and amazing artists working together to come up with some killer tracks, In this case Herve & Sinden team up for Afro Jacker, it's pretty wild, I think the name explains it all.

The Gameboys are some crazy dudes from sydney, they're friends with Hey Now and all those fella's, which says a lot really haha. I hadn't really heard anything from them until i got an email with this mix. its mashed up to the max, they mix 60 songs in 30 minutes so its pretty intense, all in good fun but. Hopefully hear some more good things from these guys in the future.
